Custom solutions for steel and aluminium processing
Advanced technology and traditional craftsmanship guide every stage of production, ensuring precision, quality and bespoke solutions
We manage the entire manufacturing process in-house, from sheet metal processing to finishing, combining technical expertise with advanced machinery to ensure high quality standards, operational flexibility and complete control at every stage.
Our extensive experience enables us to process a wide range of materials with precision and reliability, delivering bespoke solutions for a variety of industries. Every process is tailored to meet specific requirements, with close attention to detail, lead times and performance.
Steel and aluminium processing
Laser cutting
We use high-precision laser cutting systems to process steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The laser beam concentrates energy into an extremely small focal point, producing clean, precise cuts without distortion. This process makes it possible to produce complex geometries, tight tolerances and consistent quality, making it ideal for both prototypes and series production.
Punching
Punching is a cold-forming process used to produce holes, slots and shaped features in sheet metal quickly and efficiently. Using CNC machinery, the process delivers high precision, repeatability and optimised production times. It is particularly suited to technical components, panels and high-volume production.
Bending
Bending enables metal to be formed along precise lines to create angles and curves without compromising its strength. We use press brakes and automated systems to ensure control, precision and consistency. This process is essential for manufacturing structural components, furniture elements and mechanical parts with defined geometries.
Welding
We carry out MIG, TIG, robotic and spot welding, selecting the most suitable technology according to the material, component geometry and intended application. The integration of manual and robotic welding enables us to guarantee precision, repeatability and consistent quality for both prototypes and series production. All our welding processes produce strong, durable joints while ensuring the most appropriate technology is selected for every project.
Finishing
Finishing includes a range of surface treatments designed to enhance the appearance, durability and performance of components. We offer powder coating, liquid coating, anodising, galvanising and polishing. These processes protect materials, enhance their appearance and adapt them to specific technical and design requirements.
Packaging
We consider packaging an integral part of the manufacturing process. In addition to protecting the product, it ensures organisation, traceability and complete documentation. We also provide detailed technical data sheets, including dimensions and weights, ensuring accurate, secure deliveries that fully meet customer requirements.

Steel
Steel is a strong and versatile alloy, ideal for precision manufacturing and structural applications. It combines strength and workability, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and technical applications.
By adding elements such as chromium, nickel or manganese, its properties can be tailored to different application requirements while maintaining outstanding performance even under demanding conditions. It is widely used across numerous sectors, from steel structures and mechanical engineering to technical and industrial furnishings.
Depending on project requirements, steel is available in a range of finishes:
- Galvanised, for enhanced corrosion resistance, including in outdoor environments
- Plastic-coated, providing improved protection and enhanced aesthetics through a polymer coating
- Pre-coated, available in a wide range of colours and finishes for both aesthetic and functional applications
Stainless steel
Stainless steel is a durable, hygienic and corrosion-resistant material, suitable for both technical and aesthetic applications. It maintains outstanding performance even in damp or harsh environments.
It is available in a range of surface finishes, including polished, satin, brushed and decorative finishes, making it suitable for applications ranging from furniture and technical components to the food, pharmaceutical and marine industries.
Depending on project requirements, we work with a range of stainless steel grades:
- AISI 304, a versatile and widely used grade, ideal for standard environments
- AISI 316, offering excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for marine and chemical environments
- AISI 430, a more economical grade with good corrosion resistance and excellent workability
Aluminium
Aluminium is a lightweight, strong and versatile metal, valued for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio. It is easy to process and naturally corrosion-resistant.
Our advanced manufacturing technologies enable us to process aluminium with precision, producing bespoke frames, structures and furniture components while ensuring quality, flexibility and long-term reliability.
We offer a range of aluminium types to suit different applications:
- Mill finish, untreated and ideal for further processing or finishing
- Anodised, with enhanced resistance to corrosion, wear and scratching
- Pre-coated, supplied ready-finished in a variety of colours and finishes
- Bespoke solutions
Customisation and bespoke manufacturing
We manufacture metal components to customer drawings, supporting businesses at every stage of the manufacturing process, from technical definition through to final production. This approach enables us to provide a truly bespoke service, tailored to specific project requirements.
From material selection and aesthetic finishes to dimensions and customised details such as engravings and logos. We deliver precise, functional solutions that reflect each customer’s identity, combining technical expertise with a keen eye for design.
